Located along Kahramanmaraş's developing administrative corridor, the project introduces a new urban culture that sees working life as more than just office hours, bringing together offices, penthouse workspaces, street-level retail units, and a social courtyard.

At the heart of the project, the expansive courtyard was designed not merely as a physical void connecting two building blocks, but as a shared meeting space that remains active throughout the day. Supported by restaurants, cafés, shops, landscaped areas, and social seating zones, this central space invites users not only into the buildings, but also to create, connect, and interact together.

Different office types ranging from 70 m² to 305 m², duplex penthouse offices, and flexible workspaces were planned to meet the needs of users at different scales, from entrepreneurs to corporate companies. Every space was designed around natural light, spaciousness, flexibility, and user experience.

The most distinctive element defining the architectural character of YEK AVLU is the organically shaped canopy system rising between the two blocks. Designed as the symbol of the development, this architectural feature provides shade throughout the day, is redefined by light in the evening, and creates an iconic focal point that unifies the courtyard under a single public-space identity.

The simple yet powerful architectural language created with the Cretox facade system is enhanced by radial facade movements, giving the project a contemporary, timeless, and memorable silhouette. This approach is not merely an aesthetic choice; it represents an architectural stance aimed at establishing a new urban landmark for its surroundings.
