This Information Notice on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data has been prepared by Mavlu Mimarlık, acting as the data controller, within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Data Controller

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data may be processed by Mavlu Mimarlık, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes stated above, to:

Public institutions and authorities legally authorized to receive such data,
Legal advisers and financial consultants,
Server, hosting, and technical infrastructure service providers,
Communication and information technology service providers,
Business partners and suppliers from whom services are obtained

in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK.

6. Retention of Personal Data

Your personal data will be retained for as long as required by the purposes for which it is processed and for the statutory retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation. Upon expiry of these periods, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the relevant legislation.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information regarding such processing if your personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing your personal data,
Learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
Request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Object to any adverse result arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

8. Application Method

You may submit your requests regarding your rights under the KVKK to Mavlu Mimarlık in writing, together with information and documents verifying your identity, or through other methods specified under applicable legislation.

Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698. If the processing of your application requires an additional cost, the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.

9. Updates

Mavlu Mimarlık reserves the right to update this Information Notice in accordance with changes in applicable legislation or personal data processing activities. The current version shall become effective as of the date it is published on our website.
