The 5 commercial units located on the ground floor provide a total of 740 m² of commercial space, strengthening the building’s relationship with urban life. The continuity of the glazed facade was treated as an important design element that increases interaction between the commercial areas and the public realm.

A restrained material palette supported by light-toned facade panels, glass balustrades, and slim-profile frames gives the building a timeless aesthetic, while the landscaped ground level and floor gardens create breathable semi-open living layers within the dense urban context.
